Student Lunches

Join us for a time of fellowship followed by a ’bring and share’ lunch every Sunday during term time, straight after the 10.30am service. If possible everyone brings something to contribute such as bread, soup, sandwich fillings, pizza etc but if you are unable to bring something don’t worry as there is always plenty to go around. We finish around 1.30-2pm.

This year, our student group will be reading, and reflecting on ‘The Jesus Creed’ by Scot McKnight during our weekly meetings. We will incorporate some of Rob Bell’s Nooma DVDs as well as other social events and a Grub Crawl round members of the congregation’s houses.

Nearer the summer we can have bbqs and picnics on Arthur’s Seat when the weather is nice. We would also like to organise a group of students and young people from Priestfield to visit the Taize community in France in the summer.

There is lots going on and we are always keen to have your suggestions as to what you’d like to do as well. Please come and join us!
